About WillyTours

Started in Al-Haram, Giza in January 2026. Eight people, no automated responses, and 20+ destinations served.

We opened in January 2026. Here's what we've built so far.

WillyTours started out of a straightforward frustration: booking international travel from Egypt meant dealing with agencies that overcharged, under-explained, and disappeared once the deposit was paid. We wanted no part of that.

We opened in Al-Haram, Giza as a two-person operation and have since grown to a team of eight. The approach hasn't changed: every trip is handled directly by one of us, not outsourced, not templated — the client's number is saved in our phones.

In five months we've organised over 50 trips across 20+ destinations — day trips to Luxor at sunrise, twelve-night European tours, weekend escapes to Dubai and Istanbul. All confirmed personally, none of it automated.

Four things we never compromise on

These are the things that actually matter when you're away from home and something goes wrong.

01

Honest Pricing

No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons. Every quote you receive is a full breakdown of exactly what you'll pay and what's included. If something costs extra, we tell you upfront.

02

Personalised Service

You speak to a real person — not a chatbot, not a call centre. Every itinerary is built around your schedule, group, and budget. No two trips we plan are identical.

03

Local Expertise

We're from Giza. We know what it's like to travel from Egypt — the airports, the airlines, the visa quirks. That local knowledge means fewer surprises for you.

04

24/7 Support

Flights get delayed. Plans change. Whenever something goes wrong mid-trip, our team is reachable around the clock to sort it out without you having to panic alone.

Eight people. Every client by name.

Every trip is planned by one of our team directly — not outsourced, not templated. That's how we intend to keep it.
